The Phebus mixer combines versatility, hygienic design, ease, and comfort of use. Produce up to 200 liters of cookie dough, bread, batters, and creams. Equipped with the Digy touch control interface, the Phebus planetary mixer guarantees the reproducibility of productions with the programming of recipes. The mixer is delivered with the paddle tool and the scraper. Other tools such as the spiral and the whisk are available in option and are easily interchangeable thanks to the quick attachment system.
