Preparation for cookies and muffins with brown brewers' spent grain flour and chocolate chips. Malti’Mix is a preparation used to facilitate the creation of both savoury and sweet recipes. They are 4-in-1, you have the option to make two different recipes with the same mixture, for example, cookies or muffins. Furthermore, our preparations adapt to various dietary preferences, such as veganism. General information Composition: Wheat flour*, sugar*, chocolate chips* (23%), brown brewers’ spent grain flour (from cereal malt)* (13%), raising agent* (maize starch*, sodium bicarbonate, tartaric acid), PDO Guérande salt. (*Ingredients from organic farming). Allergens: gluten, traces of lactose and nuts. Minimum durability guaranteed on receipt of product: 4 months. Certification: EU/Non-EU Organic Farming. Storage and conservation conditions: Store in a cool and dry place, away from soil and humidity. Packaging: 5 kg bag - 25 kg bag - Customised BigBag packaging on request. Use: A classic version and a plant-based version for each recipe. Add ingredients (egg, milk, butter, vegetable fat, vegetable yoghurt or compote) in the proportions indicated.
