General information Composition: 100% amber brewers' spent grain flour obtained from cereal malt. The malt used by our brewery partners and contained in our products may come from France or Europe. Allergen: Naturally contains gluten in tiny quantities and carries the "very low gluten" claim. Minimum durability guaranteed on receipt of product: 6 months. Storage and conservation conditions: Store in a cool and dry place, away from soil and humidity. Packaging: 5 kg bag - 25 kg bag - Customised BigBag packaging on request. Use: A 5% to 30% incorporation into the flour mixture is recommended. Organoleptic properties: - Appearance: powder, presence of fine particles and fibrous particles. It may vary depending on the granulometry required. - Colour: Light brown, golden. - Aromatic profile: Cereal, hints of caramel, slightly roasted, adds roundness. It can also be used to obtain nutritional claims, for example: rich or source for proteins and dietary fibre. - Thanks to the caramelised taste of amber brewers' spent grain flour, it’s possible to reduce the amount of sugar added to the recipe. - Spent grain flour is less polluting than other flours.
