The Authentic Astréïa’s stone mill is a simple & accessible tool to facilitate farmer autonomy. It offers farmers a way to diversify through transformation of qualitative flour and promote their know-how. The complete mill is delivered with a sifting chamber and a 300µ sieve (equiv. brown flour). Several options are available, additional sieves, automatic floor extraction and bagging system... Yield is 15kg of flour / hour.
