Astréïa's Grain Brush

The Astréïa grain brush manufactured in our workshops is the essential tool to guarantee clean cereal. The brush with integrated extraction system is made up of 4 main components: the hopper, densimetric sorting column, brushing module and the cyclonic separator. It can clean between 200 and 600kg of grain (wheat) per hour depending on the brushing intensity. Brushes are adjustable and interchangeable. Brushing intensity can be done thanks to a precise mechanical adjustment of the incoming grain flow.
