This airy cake, delicately flavoured with citrus peel, is a typical product of our region. Made in our IFS certified bakery in Annecy, it awakens our childhood memories.
In order to encourage short supply chains, we source our flour from a local miller: the Degrange miller. Established in Savoie since 1704, the passion and high standards of their teams enable this independent, family-run mill to supply us with quality flour made from HVE wheat from the Rhône-Alpes region.
The eggs come from hens raised in the open air in the Rhône-Alpes region, who eat a diet composed of at least 65% cereals and vegetable proteins grown in the region.
