Our gourmet and moist tarte lyonnaise is made in Annecy with ingredients from RHÔNES-ALPES: the flour, milled less than 45 km from the bakery, comes from wheat grown on HVE (High Environmental Value) certified farms. The eggs from chickens raised in the open air are guaranteed GMO-free thanks to the use of French vegetable proteins. The butter comes from small farms in the Savoy region. We have also selected pralines with VEGETABLE COLOURS. This tarte Lyonnaise contributes to animal welfare and to the fair remuneration of farmers and breeders.
