Ravioles du Dauphiné

Ravioles are part of the history of Saint Jean, which has been perpetuating its recipe for over 85 years. These little squares of finely serrated pasta are cooked by the greatest names in French cuisine, who hail their unique taste. THE REASON FOR ITS SUCCESS? A typically regional recipe based on Comté PDO, cottage cheese and parsley, which makes raviole a unique product recognized by two labels guaranteeing its optimal quality: its Label Rouge since 1998 and its PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) since 2009. These guarantee the origin of the ingredients and the taste of the product.
