MAP MICROTEC electric deck oven

The MICROTEC range is available in 3,4 or 5 decks, 1 or 2 slabs and in 4 different slab depths. Our deck ovens have a high baking quality and regularity, even under the most demanding conditions of loading, temperature and hydration. They are equipped with highly performing, reactive and economical steam generators. The ergonomics have been optimized for the baker’s work through the search of comfort with a new built-in, all stainless steel elevator and its fully retractable, precise and effortless-baking stainless steel-aluminum charger. The TOUCH’N BAKE touch screen controller which commands its multi-function regulators allows a reactive and sustained baking whilst optimizing the oven’s power consumption thanks to its algorithm. The speed and ease of technical intervention and set-up have been particularly studied.
